Refund Policy

SCOUT FASHION Is always committed to meeting customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products you can easily Exchange them by maintaining the following rules.

 All exchanges will depend on our stock availability.

 

1. You can exchange the product only once.

2. Exchange is possible in every purchase within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Once the product is sold, a refund or quality issue return is not possible.

4. For Cash on delivery: After receiving the product, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you try on the product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our Customer Service Department and return the product instantly. After the delivery man comes from your area we can not provide an instant solution to return that parcel.

5. For out of Dhaka: after receiving the product you have to inform us as soon as possible and you will courier the product to us with your charge. After changing the product we will send it back to you without taking any charge.

6. Exchange must be made in the same amount as the exchanged product value or more than the value. Lower-value product is not exchangeable with the product that the customers have purchased. Customer can add some other products to adjust the amount.

7. The Product must be In Unused and Original Condition. Include everything from the Package You've Received Including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, and Accessories.

8. We Will Conduct A Quality Check of The Item. If Exchange Is Invalid Then We Will let you know And Send the same item back to you.

9. No Exchange/Return will be accepted on discounted/special offer items.

10. When you exchange the product you have to fill up an exchange form. This form you will get from our customer service team.
